### Điều kiện lấy Nenkin lần 2

Để hồ sơ được xét duyệt, bạn bắt buộc phải thỏa mãn 2 điều kiện sau:

* Đã nhận được giấy thông báo hoàn trả Nenkin lần 1 (脱退一時金支給決定通知書).
* Có người đại diện nộp tại Nhật Bản. **(trong trường hợp về hẳn)**

*Đối với Người đại diện, nếu không đủ điều kiện thuê dịch vụ, bạn có thể nhờ gia đình, người thân, bạn bè, đồng nghiệp,...*

### Hồ sơ lấy Nenkin lần 2

**1. Giấy ủy thác người đại diện nộp thuế (所得税の納税管理人の届出書):**\
Người đại diện phải có địa chỉ thường trú tại Nhật Bản và đủ điều kiện liên hệ trực tiếp với cục thuế.

**2.** [**Giấy thông báo chi trả Nenkin lần 1** ](/anshincare-docs/documentation/thu-tuc-and-quy-trinh/editor.md#cach-doc-giay-thong-bao-nenkin-lan-1)**(脱退一時金支給決定通知書):** \
**3. Bản sao sổ ngân hàng:**

– Nếu nhận tiền tại Việt Nam, cung cấp bản sao sổ ngân hàng Việt Nam. 

– Nếu nhận tiền tại Nhật, cần đảm bảo tài khoản ngân hàng được đăng ký chính xác thông tin.

**4. Bản sao 2 mặt thẻ ngoại kiều** *(Bao gồm của cả bạn và người đại diện nộp thuế.)*

5\. ộ chiếu: Cần trang có ảnh và dấu hải quan xác nhận rời khỏi Nhật Bản.

**6. Sổ Nenkin/ Mã số Nenkin**

### THỜI GIAN NHẬN NENKIN LẦN 2

Sau khi tiếp nhận hồ sơ, cục nenkin sẽ trả tiền nenkin sau **1-3 tháng.**

**Lưu ý:** Một số shi khó có thể yêu cầu gửi thêm gensen trong hồ sơ.
